Hey cupcakes, I’m going to be doing a couple of bake sales to raise money for charities over the next month or so. While I was looking for some inspiration, I came across a version of these cute Cherry cakes that I then tweaked slightly. Not only do they look the part but they make a great little bake to gift wrap and sell on to friends and family. If you’re interested in making this mini loaf recipe or doing your own bake sale for charity please read on.
4oz self raising flour
Pinch of salt
4oz Caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2oz dried cherries
2 tbsp white chocolate stars (tesco)
Royal icing (icing sugar & warm water to decorate)
My bake sale this month is for Cancer Research UK Kids & Teens
You can also support me by kindly donating instead of buying my cake ☺ here➡https://www.justgiving.com/Kelly-Harley
Next month I will be doing a cake bake sale for a charity I already support NDCS (National deaf children’s society). Please show your support by donating or doing your own fundraising.
Thanks for reading & hopefully participating.
Love from cake lady
